Energy Local Llŷn

We are in the process of setting up an Energy Local Club in the Botwnnog substation area (see highlighted green area of map) and are actively looking for members. (Clubs for the Edern, Llanbedrog and Abersoch areas will follow!)

In the Llŷn we are blessed with better than average sunshine and strong sea winds, providing excellent opportunities for generating electricity through solar and wind. The Energy Local Club enables this energy to be sold locally, for the benefit of the generators, end users and the local community.
